About Our Program:
Careers4You Training Center offers an Ohio Department of Health (ODH) approved Train the Trainer program as specified by the Ohio Department of Health Standards for the Nurse Aide Training. The course is available to both RN’s and LPN’s who have a minimum of two years experience in caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age.
Objectives of the class:
Evidence of two years care experience with the elderly or chronically ill of any age. This must be verifiable with the company(s) listed. Please include the employers, addresses, phone numbers, years worked, start and end dates, full/part time employment status, exact hours worked, and a contact person on company letterhead. RN’s planning to coordinate the nurse aide training program must have one year of LTCF experience included in their resume. The required hours of experience can be cumulative. Verification of at least 1600 hours must be provided.

The classes are held at Careers4You Training Center. The cost of the class is $500.00, this includes all materials needed. SPACE IS LIMITED. Please see the attached schedule for current dates and times. A flexible schedule is available on an as needed basis for groups of 5 or more. Contact us for more information.
Careers4You Training Center offers the availability of a microwave and refrigerator for the convenience of those who choose to bring a lunch. There are also a variety of snacks and beverages available for you to purchase.

If the participant cannot provide employer verification; a sworn affidavit will be accepted. The participant must be able to identify someone who worked at the facility with them who can verify the work experience. Each individual will need to submit a sworn affidavit.
